Number of ingredients in post run recovery drink: 5


Milk, Banana, Chocolate syrup, Ice, and Whey Protein

Number of different spots iced after run:3


Both Shins, plus left leg achilles tendon

Number of people completing workout: 2 sisters


I swear we are not this unattractive in real life..but maybe still this pale

How much better we look post run and shower = 1 million


Okay still really pale..blame the flash

And that was the first successful 8 miler with my sister! She is running the Champaign 1/2 marathon with me so its great that we got to train together!  Now off to enjoy the rest of girls weekend in Springfield.

    great job on the LR! and that’s super fun that your sis is doing it too. are you guys planning on running the race together too?

      Yepp she’s signed up to do it with me! We won’t get to do too many more training runs together so it was fun to get one in.
