Workout Wednesday

I know it has been a few weeks since I did a Workout Wednesday post but I am in back this week!

Last time we focused on shoulder exercises, so why not focus on biceps and triceps this week?

Your biceps and triceps are two of your smaller muscle groups. This means that if you spend all of your time lifting to strengthen just these two muscles you probably won’t burn two many calories. You definately still want to work them though. This is best done with combination exercises, or in a circuit fashion.

For example you could always do lunges with a bicep curl.

Tricep Exercises:
Adding 12-15 reps and 3 sets of bicep and tricep exercises into your weight training routine is sure to give you toned arms and eliminate chicken wings!
